From forgotten footage to unforgettable stories, I help memories live on

About me

My journey with film began at a young age, capturing skate videos with friends. That early passion for documenting moments naturally evolved into professional work—first filming weddings, then moving into corporate video projects. Over the years, I developed a deep respect for the power of film to tell stories and preserve memories.

While working full-time as a corporate videographer, people often asked if I could digitise their old VHS tapes, photos, and 8mm films. At first, it was just a side project—but the more I did it, the more I realised how much I truly enjoyed it. As someone who has always been a bit nostalgic, I found real joy in helping others relive and preserve their family memories. There was something incredibly meaningful about bringing these forgotten moments back to life.

What started as a side hustle grew into something much more. Through countless conversations with customers, I started to see a pattern: these weren’t just old tapes or faded photographs, they were family stories, full of history, love, and life, just waiting to be told. Many people had memories they wanted to preserve but didn’t know how. That realisation hit home for me especially when I thought about the stories I never got to capture from my own grandparents. That’s what inspired Life Legacy Films.

For me, it’s more than just digitising old media, it's about creating a space for connection, remembrance, and storytelling. I genuinely love what I do and feel honoured to help families hold on to the stories that matter most. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that these memories will be shared and cherished for generations to come.
